For 2009, Yamaha is strengthening its position in the heart of the utility ATV market with the introduction of the new Grizzly 550. Offering mid-point power and price, this new 550 is nevertheless based largely on the 700cc Grizzly introduced just two years ago. That model came with an all-new engine and frame – features that are also found on this new rig. But after two seasons, the new 550 also benefits from improvements Yamaha engineers have added since that introduction.
