As has become an annual tradition, Jeep and Mopar have once again joined forces to create six new, custom-built vehicles ahead of the annual Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah.

With the vast majority of Jeep-related headlines these days focusing on the new Wrangler JL and the even-newer Gladiator mid-size pickup, it may be easy to forget that Jeep does offer other SUV options, which of course share in the brand’s off-road-capable mantra. In December of last year, Jeep decided to invite a small group of Canadian journalists out to the mecca of off-roading here in North America – Moab, Utah – in order to showcase just how capable the off-road versions of some of these other SUVs can be.

One of the most popular areas in Moab is the Sand Flats Recreation area. Sand Flats is accessed through town via E 300 S Rd. to Fourth St. then S Mill Creek Rd. which turns into Sand Flats Rd. The area can be seen from town with the towering La Sal mountains in the background.
