New for the all-new 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS are tubular front and rear sway bars from Hellwig that are designed to improve handling and driver control without affecting the ride quality. The front 1-1/4-inch and rear 1-1/8-inch sway bars replace the smaller factory sway bars and come with polyurethane bushings and mounting brackets. The larger bars help control body roll and are 3-way adjustable front and rear to let the user dial in the exact amount of understeer or oversteer needed to match their suspension and driving conditions. The bars are manufactured using high-strength tubular steel to maximize performance while decreasing weight.
