RAM and Mopar Collaborate to Customize the All-New 2019 Ram 1500

The Ram Truck and Mopar brands recently teamed up to showcase an outdoor-sport themed 2019 Ram 1500 at the Chicago Auto Show, which has been modified with a selection of the more than 200 Mopar parts and accessories available for the brand new truck. The truck is used to highlight the large variety of Mopar products available which have been created through thousands of hours of testing and validation. Every detail of each part has been developed in close concert with the Ram Truck engineers and designers with the all-new Ram. The Flame Red 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn Sport 4×4 truck showcased at the show has been fitted with a 2-in. Mopar lift kit that provides additional off-road clearance for the truck and allows room for large tread 35-in tires wrapped around Mopar 18-in. beadlock-capable wheels. Black Mopar fender flares help protect from trail hazards while the body-length off-road aluminum running boards add both a visual and a functional upgrade as they feature a skid-resistant stepping surface made to perform well in muddy or wet conditions. One of the more notable parts featured on the new Ram was the soon-to-be-available Ram Rack which allows large gear to be secured to the truck without having to take up space in the actual truck bed. Additional parts featured on the truck in Chicago include a cold-air intake system, cat-back exhaust, 5-in. dual exhaust tips, blacked out Ram emblems, interior floormats, and aluminum door sill guards.
