Reynolds-Alberta Museum Presents History Road: the Ultimate Car Show
Reynolds-Alberta Museum presents History Road: the Ultimate Car Show, highlighting more than a century of Alberta’s automotive history on June 10 and 11th, 2017. All are welcome here, whether coming solo, or as part of a car club, this show sports vehicles from the early 1900s to today. From Corvettes and Thunderbirds to Miatas and Mini Coopers, we celebrate the spirit of the machine. The Museum also shows off some of its own cars at this event. For Canada’s 150th, the focus is on cars with great Canadian stories, like a 1930 McLaughlin-Buick, a 1933 Ford and a 1929 Willys-Knight. Inside the museum, the feature exhibition is “The McLaughlin Story”, about a Canadian family of risk takers who helped shape Canada’s auto industry. With more than 20 beautifully restored and as-found McLaughlins and McLaughlin-Buicks, family activities and White Glove Tours, the exhibition adds to History Road fun.
