’40 Ford Steering Column from Ididit

Ididit’s ’40 Ford straight steering column pairs vintage style with modern convenience and features a brushed stainless steel finish and 40s-style dress-up kit with brass knobs. The product, which was named the Best New Street Rod/Custom Car Product at the recent 2016 SEMA Show, has a vintage-style brass shift indicator, with a cutting-edge locking detent which is a safety feature that allows the column to lock into park and neutral positions. Also included with the column are self-cancelling turn signals, four-way flashers, horn wiring, a 3-7/8-in. GM style wiring plug and a ¾-36 lower shaft. The column also accepts most aftermarket steering wheels with a ’69-’94 GM adaptor, and comes available in two lengths.
