Truck Hero Announces Acquisition of Omix-ADA

Truck Hero today announced another key acquisition, this time of Omix-ADA who are the world’s largest independent developer and supplier of Jeep and off-road parts, accessories and floor liners. Omix-ADA’s family of brands include Rugged Ridge and Alloy USA and although the terms of the deal have not been disclosed, the deal is expected to close by the end of October. Omix-ADA was founded back in 1992 by Al Azadi and offers more than 13,000 SKUs across the accssories replacement and restoration categories.
