Volkswagen Announces R-Line Appearance Package for All-New 2019 Arteon

Volkswagen have announced that they will be offering the performance-inspired R-Line package on the all-new 2019 Arteon. The R-Line package is used on other vehicles throughout Volkswagen’s lineup and enhances the sportiness of each model it is applied to with both interior and exterior design elements to give it a more aggressive appearance. The R-Line will be available on every trim level of the Arteon and includes unique 19- or 20-in. aluminum-alloy wheels, R-Line badging, a unique front bumper with a gloss black finish, R-Line air inlets and cover panels and a gloss black rear spoiler. Inside of the R-Line equipped Arteon includes contrast stitching on the steering wheel and shift knob, steering wheel mounted paddle shifters, black headliner, stainless steel sport pedal covers and stainless steel door sill with the R-Line logo. All Arteon models will feature the tried and tested 2.0L TSI turbocharged engine paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission with the advanced 4Motions all-wheel drive system available on every trim. The Volkswagen Arteon R-Line will make its official debut later this month at the New York International Auto Show.
